Consider recommendations regarding the Approval of a Five-Year Renewal Agreement for Box Enterprise Advanced Cloud Content Management and AI Workflow Services for the Public Defender’s Office, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Defender, or designee, to execute a five-year agreement with BMAK, Inc dba CompuWave, Inc., for Box Enterprise Advanced cloud content management and AI workflow services for the period of October 31, 2026 through October 30, 2031, in an amount not to exceed $510,675.00; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5), finding that the actions consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
