Consider recommendations regarding a Resolution Adopting a Records Retention Schedule and Authorizing Electronic Storage and Lawful Disposition for the Department of General Services, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Adopt a Resolution approving the Department of General Services Records Retention Schedule (Exhibit A to the Resolution) and authorizing electronic storage and lawful destruction of records pursuant to Government Code sections 26200-26206.7 and section 12168.7; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(2), as they involve administrative activities of government with no foreseeable environmental impact.
