Consider recommendations regarding Disposition of County-and Flood Control District owned Property to the State of California, Department of Transportation, reserving an Easement for Flood Control Purposes (APN 001-070-036), (RP Folio No. 003653), First District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Director of General Services, or designee, to execute any and all documents for the disposition of County-and Flood Control District owned Assessor Parcel Number 001-070-036, to the State of California, Department of Transportation, reserving an Easement for Flood Control Purposes; b) Find that the disposition of County-and Flood Control District owned Assessor Parcel Number 001-070-036, to the State of California, Department of Transportation, reserving an Easement for Flood Control purposes, including access, is in the public interest and will not conflict with or interfere with the District’s operation and maintenance and approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Grant Deed; and c) Determine that the proposed actions are not subject to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) as it has no potential to cause a significant impact on the environment.
