Consider recommendations regarding withdrawal of monies from County Treasury by Goleta Cemetery District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution “In the matter of determining a mutually acceptable date for the withdrawal of the Goleta Cemetery District’s money from the County Treasury pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 9077”; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines.
