Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance; Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance; and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 South County Hardscape; County Project Nos. 820788, 820800, and 820801S, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for: i) 2023-2024 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance, County Project No. 820788; in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Districts; ii) 2024-2025 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance, County Project No. 820800; in All Districts; and iii) 2024-2025 South County Hardscape Repairs, County Project No. 820801S in the Second District; and b) Determine that the approval of Statement of Final Quantities is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
