Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for Marcum Street Improvements, County Project No. 862456, and Clark Avenue Medians, Islands and Trap Lane, County Project No. 862430, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for: i) Marcum Street Improvements, County Project No. 862456; and ii) Clark Avenue Medians, Islands and Trap Lane, County project No. 862430; and b) Determine that the approval of Statements of Final Quantities is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
