Consider recommendations regarding an Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC) Appointment, as follows: a) Appoint Brian Fallon, Fire Chief representative nominated by the Fire Chiefs’ Association of Santa Barbara County, to the EMCC to replace a retiring member for the remainder of their appointment; and b) Determine the above action does not constitute a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as the actions are organizational or administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
