Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with CALM, Inc. for Intensive Family Services Program, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement with CALM, Inc. (local vendor) to provide Child Welfare Services Intensive Family Services Program for a total contract amount not to exceed $440,000.00 for the period of July 14, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a “Project” subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
