Consider recommendations regarding the approval of Waller Park Playfields Master Plan Update, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve the Waller Park Playfields Master Plan Update for active recreation sports fields at Waller Park; and b) Determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15262 of the State Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA as the project is a planning study for possible future actions, which the County has not approved, adopted or funded.
