Consider recommendations regarding the contribution of Fifth District Discretionary Funds to Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Roundtable, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the contribution of $10,000.00 to Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Roundtable, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN No. 77-0419353), from the Fifth District General County Programs Department 990 Discretionary Fund; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0011144 to increase Appropriations of $10,000.00 in the General County Programs General Fund for Services and Supplies, funded by a release of Committed Emerging Issues fund balance; c) Find that the project provides a community benefit that meets the social needs of the County; and d) Determine that the above actions are organizational or administrative activities of the government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
