Consider recommendations regarding the Regents of the University Cooperative Extension (UCCE) Agreement Fiscal Year 2026-2027, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement with the Regents of the University of California for services delivered by the UCCE for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, in the amount of $185,000.00; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5), as administrative government activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
