Consider recommendations regarding approval and execution of Escalante Meadows Affordable Housing Development (Project) Authorizing Resolution; Fifth District, as follows: a) Approve a State of California Housing and Community Development Authorizing Resolution affirming completion of the Project and authorize execution by the Board Chair; and b) Determine that adoption of the resolution is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) because it consists of government administrative or fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
