HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Recommended Budget for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, as follows: a) Adopt the Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara as the Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, entitled In the Matter of Adopting the Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the Former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency; and b) Determine that the above-recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)[4], finding that the actions are governmental funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
