Consider recommendations regarding the Statement of Final Quantities for Santa Claus Lane Streetscape Improvement Phase 1A; State Project No. LPPSBIL-6090(096); County Project No. 720783, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for Santa Claus Lane Streetscape Improvement; and b) Determine that the approval of Statement of Final Quantities is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
