Consider recommendations regarding an appointment to the Board of Directors of Public Risk, Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM), as follows: a) Appoint Marisa Kahn, County Risk Manager, to represent the County of Santa Barbara as the Primary representative on the Board of Directors of PRISM; and b) Determine that the above action is exempt under the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the action consists of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
