Consider recommendations regarding the Correctional Health Care Services Monitoring Report, as follows: a) Receive and file a report by the County Health Department on correctional healthcare monitoring, including opportunities for systemic improvements in the quality of medical care provided in the County’s jails; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
