TIME: 1 HR.) a) Make the required findings for approval, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings; b) Find that the proposed comprehensive plan amendment is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and the Notice of Exemption; and c) Adopt a Resolution to approve the proposed comprehensive plan amendment, adopting the Environmental Justice Element as part of the County Comprehensive Plan.
