Consider recommendations regarding Certification of Election Results of the Statewide Special Election, held on November 4, 2025, as follows: a) Accept and file the Certified Statement of the Results of the Official Canvass and Official Election Summary for the Statewide Special Election held on November 4, 2025, as required by law; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
