Consider recommendations regarding Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC) Appointments, as follows: a) Appoint members to the EMCC as follows: i) Bette Jenkins, hospital representative, nominated by Marian Regional Medical Center; ii) Ryan Stevens, hospital representative, nominated by Lompoc Valley Medical Center; and iii) Terrance McGovern, emergency physician, nominated by the Hospital Association of Southern California; and b) Determine the above action does not constitute a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as the actions are organizational or administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
