Consider recommendations regarding a Contract for Security Patrol Services and Authorization of Prior Invoices, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute the agreement for Services of Independent Contractor to provide security patrol services with Triumph Protection Group to include the period of July 1, 2025 and September 22, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $455,608.01; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a “project” and are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA guidelines because they are organization or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
