Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation Annual Report for 2024, First District, as follows: a) Receive and file the 2024 Annual Report for operations at the Santa Barbara Bowl; and b) Find that the proposed action is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore not a project under California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines 14 CCR 15378(b)(5).
