Consider recommendations regarding a reappointment to the Retirement Board of the Santa Barbara County Employees Retirement System, as follows: a) Reappoint Michael Vidal to serve on the Retirement Board of Santa Barbara County Employees Retirement System to a three-year term ending December 31, 2028; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), because pursuant to sections 15378(b)(4) and 15378(b)(5) the recommended action consists of organizational, administrative or fiscal activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
