Consider recommendations regarding a Resolution to adopt the Revised Santa Barbara County and Operational Area Emergency Operations Plan, as follows: a) Receive and approve the revised Santa Barbara County and Operational Area Emergency Operations Plan (formerly known as the Santa Barbara Operational Area Emergency Management Plan); b) Adopt a Resolution to adopt the revised Santa Barbara County and Operational Area Emergency Operations Plan; and c) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA guidelines because they consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
