Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for the Toro Canyon Oil Water Separator Project, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed for the Toro Canyon Oil Water Separator Project (Project No. WA8231, BC No. 23-172) by the contractor Innovative Construction Services, Inc. in the amount of $2,514,183.25; and b) Determine that the above actions are an organizational and administrative activity of government, and not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
