Consider recommendations regarding rescinding and adopting Oversized Vehicle Restrictions for Various County Roads, First and Second Districts, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to rescind oversized vehicle restrictions and to establish oversized vehicle restrictions between 10:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. in the First and Second Districts; and b) Find that the proposed actions are for the operation and maintenance of an existing public facility, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c), and approve and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
