HEARING – Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the 2025 County Legislative Platform, as follows: (EST. TIME: 20 MIN.) a) Amend the 2025 County Legislative Platform to advocate for improved immigration reform, to include requirements for law enforcement officer identification and civil rights protections; and b) Find that the proposed action is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines 14 CCR 15378(b)(5).
