Consider recommendations regarding Weights and Measures Weighmaster Agreement 25-0089-000-SA, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the Weighmaster Compliance Program of Santa Barbara County for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 in the amount of $960.00; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4).
