Consider recommendations regarding the Release of Restrictive Performance Security Fund Balance for Debris Nets Project, First District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0010485 to transfer Restricted Performance Security Fund Balance of $1,042,700.00 in Public Works Flood Control District Fund to Restricted Purpose of Fund balance; and b) Find that the recommended actions are a fiscal activity not constituting a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, as set forth in 14 CCR Section 15378(b)(4).
