Consider recommendations regarding a Fish and Wildlife Commission Grant Award, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of Planning and Development to award a grant to International Bird Rescue; and b) Determine that the award of Fish and Wildlife Commission Grant funds is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4).
