Consider recommendations regarding a Plan of Cooperation between Child Support Services and Superior Court, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of Child Support Services to execute the Plan of Cooperation with the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County, which delineates child support program responsibilities between Child Support Services and Superior Court; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5), because the actions consist of administrative activities of the County that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
