HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding cannabis tax revenue and uses budget direction, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR.) a) Direct staff to adjust the Recommended Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 budget to reduce cannabis revenue on-going uses in accordance with the Preliminary and Proposed On-going Cannabis Revenue Uses document; b) Provide other direction as appropriate; and c) Find that the proposed actions are administrative activities of the County, which will not result in direct or indirect changes to the environment and therefore are not a “project” as defined for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
