Consider recommendations regarding Proposed Adoption of Parking Restriction for Oversized Vehicles, First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Districts, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to establish various traffic controls in the First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Supervisorial Districts; and b) Find that the proposed actions are for the operation and maintenance of an existing public facility, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c), and approve and direct staff to file the Notice of Exemption on that basis.
