Consider recommendations regarding the adoption of a position to support Senate Bill 635 if amended, as follows: a) Adopt a position to support Senate Bill 635 if amended, to allow local agencies to collect sufficient information to operate an effective local enforcement program for safe sidewalk food vending; and b) Find that the proposed action is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines 14 CCR 15378(b)(5).
