Consider recommendations regarding the Pacific Pride Foundation, Second Amendment to the Fiscal Years (FYs) 2023-2027 Services Agreement (BC No. 23-040) for Substance Use Prevention Services, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor (BC No. 23-040) with Pacific Pride Foundation (PPF), (a local vendor), to update the Entity Budget By Program table within the Exhibit B-2, to update the FY 2024-2025 Federal Award Identification table to Exhibit B-3, to add the FY 2025-2026 Federal Award Identification table to Exhibit B-3, and to update certain standard terms and federal award identification information in compliance with state and federal requirements with no changes to the total maximum contract amount of $280,442.00, and contract term of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4), finding that the actions are governmental funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
