Consider recommendations regarding State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account List of Projects for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026, as follows: a) Approve and adopt a Resolution establishing a list of projects for FY 2025-2026 funded by the State’s Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to make immaterial and minor technical changes within the list of projects for FY 2025-2026; and c) Find that the State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account List of Projects for FY 2025-2026 is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 Cal. Code of Reg. Section 15301(c) (as the proposed project(s) consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities), and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
