HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Commission for Women’s 2025 Women’s History Month Service Awards, as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Receive and file the Commission for Women 2024 Women’s History Month Service Awards Presentation; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(2) and (5) of the CEQA guidelines because they consist of general policy and procedure making and administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
