Consider recommendations regarding the recommendation for Appointment of Workforce Development Board Members, as follows: a) Appoint Yvette Cope and Michael Boyer as members of the Workforce Development Board; b) Reappoint Cesar Valladares, Carola Smith, and Justin McIntire to the Workforce Development Board; and c) Determine that the above actions do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and therefore it is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) and (5) as the proposed action is also an organizational or administrative activity.
