Consider recommendations regarding a summary of Final Quantities for the Cieneguitas Channel Repair Project, Second District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed for the Cieneguitas Channel Repair Project (Project No. 24STM1-SC13) by the contractor Remedial Transportation Services, Inc. in the amount of $562,405.65; and b) Determine that the above actions are an organizational and administrative activity of government, and not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
