Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for the Midwest Guardrail System and Roadway Reconstruction, Lakeview Road Sidewalk Improvements, County Project Nos. 820745 and 820662, First, Third, and Fourth Districts, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for: i) Midwest Guardrail System and Roadway Reconstruction, County Project No. 820745 in the First and Third Districts; and ii) Lakeview Road Sidewalk Improvements, County Project No. 820662 in the Fourth District; and b) Determine that the approval of Statement of Final Quantities is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, and is therefore exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
