Consider recommendations regarding the approval of a Second Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement with Good Samaritan Shelter for an Extended Storage Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement between the County and Good Samaritan Shelter using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for personal property storage to extend term ending in December 31, 2024 to June 30, 2025; and b) Determine that the above recommended actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) as the actions involve the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve a commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
