Consider recommendations regarding an Application for Destruction of Records, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Authorize the Chair to execute the Application for Destruction of Records so that records may be destroyed in accordance with Government Code Section 26202; and b) Determine that the above actions are organizational and administrative activities of government that are not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
