Consider recommendations regarding the Certification of Election Results for the November 5, 2024, Presidential General Election, as follows: a) Accept and file the Certified Statement of the Results of the Official Canvass and Official Election Summary for the Presidential General Election held on November 5, 2024, declare those persons elected as required by law; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
