Consider recommendations regarding the Tenth Amendment to the CenCal Health Medi-Cal Physician Services Provider Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Tenth Amendment to the Physician Services Provider Agreement, Federally Qualified Health Center with CenCal Health to: 1) extend the current terms and conditions of the Agreement for a period of five (5) years through December 31, 2030, 2) approve the participation in CenCal Health’s Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) for covered services rendered on and after January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030, and 3) add Addendum: Medicare Advantage Contract Requirements and Exhibit D: FQHC Medicare Program Reimbursement Terms; and b) Determine that the recommended actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and is exempt per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(5), since the recommended action is an organizational or administrative activity of the government that will not result in direct or indirect physical change in the environment.
