Consider recommendations regarding the Donation of Surplus County Vehicle No. 6333 to the Chula Vista Fire Department, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve the donation of surplus County Vehicle No. 6333 to the Chula Vista Fire Department; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action does not constitute a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
