This award in the amount of $22,350.00 for Calendar Year 2024 is a one-time grant and is comprised of federal funds only with a period of performance from July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0010176 to amend the Public Health Department’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget to add $22,350.00 in new revenue and appropriation to be spent during the period of July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; and c) Determine that these activities are not a project and are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
