Consider recommendations regarding Sudden Oak Death Program Agreement No. 24-0388-014-SF with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for services related to the Sudden Oak Death Program in the County of Santa Barbara for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $2,665.01; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section CCR 15378(b)(4).
