Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantity for Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons; County Project No. 820796, First and Second Districts, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for construction of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons; and b) Determine that the approval of the Statements of Final Quantities is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, and is therefore exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
