Consider recommendations regarding Parcel Map No. 14,852, St. George; Accept Public Utility Easement Dedication per said map, Second District, as follows: a) Subject to recordation of the Parcel Map No. 14,852, accept on behalf of the public and authorize the Clerk of the Board to endorse Parcel Map No. 14,852 accepting the offer of dedication, as follows: i) Public Utility Easements shown thereon for Public Utility Purposes; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15315, as set forth in the CEQA Notice of Exemption, to the Zoning Administrator staff report dated January 21, 2022, and as determined by the Zoning Administrator as referenced in its action letter dated February 10, 2022.
