HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the General Services Energy Program Update, as follows: (EST. TIME: 40 MIN.) a) Receive and file the Santa Barbara County Energy Program Update; b) Receive and file the Santa Barbara County Municipal Greenhouse Gas Inventory; c) Receive and file the Santa Barbara County Decarbonization Roadmap; and d) Determine that the proposed actions are not a “project” as defined by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b) (5), as it is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
