HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Commission for Women Annual Report, as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Receive and file the 2023-2024 County of Santa Barbara Commission for Women Annual Report (presentation); and b) Determine that the above recommended action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the action involves government organizational or administrative activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
